Healthy Start (UAMS)

A program that promotes positive birth outcomes and improves the health and wellbeing of mothers and infants. Education, resources, and support through services in the home, hospital, or other community settings.

Centering Pregnancy

Prenatal care that includes your regular health checkup, along with extra time for group learning and sharing.

Compassion House

Focuses on working with pregnant teens by providing intensive case management to empower each resident. Teens get matched with a labor coach and a mentor.

Loving Choices

Offers free pregnancy services such as parenting classes and education, and can connect pregnant individuals to the resources they need for their pregnancy.

Shared Beginnings

Help expectant women who are considering adoption get connected to community resources and help them make informed decisions along the way.

Family Network (Diaper Collective and Healthy Families America)

Meet the needs of families in NWA for individualized parenting education and family support. They also partner with different organizations that help distribute diapers within NWA.

Washington County Health Unit

Offer family planning services, immunizations, WIC, breastfeeding support, and prenatal care.

EOA HeadStart and Early Head Start

The program is designed to increase school readiness in low-income children and promote parental involvement in early childhood development through education, advocacy, and childcare services.

Children’s Safety Center Of Washington County

A safe place for child abuse victims and their families to receive comprehensive services from dedicated professionals in a child friendly atmosphere through a coordinated team approach.

Free Formula Exchange

Is a nationwide mutual aid network connecting families who need baby formula to donate at no cost.

TASC-Teen Action & Support Center

Adolescent & family counseling, mentorship, teen volunteering, arts, and culture, first steps, and Bucket List Summer. To refer a teen to TASC, click here.

SafeCare

Weekly home visiting program for families aged from birth to five. Help parents prevent and identify common childhood illnesses or injuries and aid parents in keeping their home safe.

Childcare Assistance Program

State program available for low-income families. It provides financial assistance for quality childcare based on the availability of funds.

Child Care Aware of NWA

Provides many services including childcare referrals, parenting classes, child care provider education, and hosting the Healthy Families America home visiting program that's free to the community.

The Jones Center
