First United Presbyterian Church, Cooperative Emergency Outreach (CEO)
Available for residents in Washington County living in areas south of the Fayetteville mall. Will only help the first 15 clients, first come first serve. When a financial emergency occurs, whether due to illness, job loss, natural disaster, or any other emergency, CEO can help by providing food, gasoline vouchers, clothing vouchers, utility assistance, rental assistance, and prescription vouchers.

Grants are available to help pay rent, mortgage, utilities, or other every day housing-related expenses. Hearts & Homes of Arkansas does not provide housing to anyone, nor do they assist in finding housing. There is a $2000 limit per applicant, and grants are given at the discretion of the Hearts & Homes Board of Directors based on the need and qualifications of the applicants. You are eligible to receive assistance every 6 months, but no more than three times.

Financial assistance for non-members is limited to those with utility shut-off notices and rental delinquencies. If approved, a one-time payment of up to $100 will be offered if proof of ability to pay the remaining balance is provided. Assistance can only be offered to each household one time every six months.

Make sure all photos submitted with your request are readable. ā¢ Any incomplete information will be returned to you for further clarification.
Energy assistance for Benton County residents ONLY. Water assistance is available NOW for residents in Rogers & Gravette ONLY. Regular Assistance: Approved applicants receive a one-time payment applied to the energy bill of their choice. It takes approximately 35 days for the payment to post to the utility account. Crisis Assistance: OHC provides connect, reconnect, or prevents disconnection with electric or gas accounts. Also, if you are at 10% or below in propane (and are not allowed to charge propane), OHC can assist with minimum delivery. Follow Up: Once your application is submitted, please do not call to check on your application. Once we process the initial application, you will receive a notification to finalize your application process.
