Powered by the Community Clinic, The Wellness Centers provide care to everyone: students and families of Springdale Schools as well as members of the community. WelcomeHealth

Any patients that do not make more than 200% above federal poverty level qualify for free services. This is regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

North Street Clinic

The North Street Clinic helps those without insurance obtain medical services, medications, and provides free Physical Therapy on Thursday afternoons for qualified patients.

Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Springdale

Mercy Clinic offers primary care services and preventative care, such as mammograms and annual well-woman visits.

Dental Services

Community Clinic Springdale Dental

Samaritan Community Center Dental Clinic

Serving uninsured adults who cannot afford to purchase dental care, our clinic utilizes both volunteer and staff dentists and hygienists to provide a full range of dental services to our patients.

Vision Care

Burlsworth Foundation- Eyes of a Champion

The Eyes of a Champion program provides free eye exams and glasses to low to moderate uninsured preschool through twelfth grade students who would otherwise go without. Applications must be returned to school nurse. Click here for an application.

The Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF)

This free prescription program is available to individuals who meet certain income requirements, donā€™t have insurance coverage, are being treated as an outpatient by a United States licensed doctor, and live in the United States or a U.S. Territory.

ConnectCare

ConnectCare is an Arkansas Medicaid program that assists MedicĀ­aid and ARKids First families in setting up a medical home by helping them find a doctor/primary care provider (PCP) and dental care.

Family Network

We provide a prenatal and parenting education program accredited by Healthy Families America: a national, researched based home visiting model.
