Work Based Learning (WBL)
Students interested in work-based learning during the school day should complete the Student Interest Form.
A WBL instructor will contact the student.
WBL Eligibility:
On track to graduate with credits
Age 16+
Driver's license
Reliable transportation to work
The instructor will guide the student including resume preparation, completing an application, interview support, and understanding employment documents.
WBL Students will:
Have a business mentor on the job
Check-in weekly with the WBL instructor
Earn a one credit per 120 hours of work
Maintain a work portfolio
