Big congrats to Baseball Lifter Of The Week Jack Maland! Jack increased a total of 150 pounds last cycle off of four lifts. He went up 25 pounds on squat, 30 pounds on bench, 20 pounds on power clean, and 75 pounds on his deadlift. Proud of you!

Charleen Hudson (JR PG) was selected to the All-State Tournament team. She had 19 pts, 9 rebounds, and 3 assists in our quarterfinal game. Go Reddogs!
