My name is Allison Weiss, and I am the Speech-Language Pathologist at Parson Hills Elementary. This is my 12th year at Parson Hills, and I've been a therapist for 15 years. I began my career journey doing marketing in the corporate world and then went back to college at the University of Arkansas as a non-traditional student, found my passion, and earned a Master of Science degree in Communication Science and Disorders. I've worked in both the clinical pediatric therapy setting and the school setting, and Parson Hills has been my home ever since I stepped foot in the door!
I was born in Nebraska, but came to Springdale with my parents, brother, and sister during my second grade year. I was a Tyson Tiger, Southwest Cougar, and a Springdale Bull Dog! Fun fact, my husband happens to be from Nebraska too (but we didn't meet until high school in Arkansas). We have two beautiful boys that bring happy tears to our eyes on the daily. In my spare time, I love running, hiking, reading, and just soaking in time with my boys.

My name is Angela Roberts, and this is my 6th. year teaching at Parson Hills, but my 22nd year being an educator. Before arriving at Parson Hills I taught in Memphis, Tennessee for 16 years.
I truly feel at home at Parson Hills, and love teaching a room full of kids that I know will change the future. My goal is to make a difference in our students’ life everyday.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and watching movies.

Hi, I'm Mrs. Bordelon, also known as Mrs. B! This is my fourth year to teach at Parson Hills, but my 8th year as a first grade teacher! My husband and I recently adopted four boys! Jumbin is 11, Junior is 10, Josiah is 3, and Jeremiah is 1 - they keep us busy! We are active members of Cross Church Fayetteville. The boys all love sports, so if we're not at one of their games, we are playing football, baseball, or soccer in our backyard. We also love to cheer on the Razorbacks! My co-workers are truly like family to me and I am so blessed to be a Panther!
