The first group of presentations took place today as some students finished up their independent research. Four days a week, during Time to Shine, some students come to the library and research things they are curious about and then make something to show what they have learned. They are learning how to research, to site sources, how to present their findings, and the best way to present! Today we heard How Is Plastic Made?, How Do the Lungs Work?, What Are Bones Made From?, How Does Hair Grow?, What is Hydroponics?, and Why Does a Wolf's Fur Change Colors? These kids have worked hard and it shows! Great Job!!
