Documents that will be needed for upload in the system:

• Birth Certificate or Statement from local registrar/county recorder certifying the child’s date of birth, Passport

• Social Security Card (or parent may request a nine-digit number designated by Arkansas Department of Education)

• Current Immunization Record (Shot Record)

• If you are currently on Free/Reduced lunch it will not transfer to a new School District. You must fill out a new form.

Update your Student's Information! 

All parents/guardians will need to complete the online information update for the 2021-2022 school year. This information is used to effectively communicate with you and your student(s). This information is critical to your child’s health, safety and well-being. 

You will need their 9 digit student id for user name and their birthdate as the password (xx/xx/xxxx). This should be repeated for each enrolled child.
