UPDATE - NEW LOCATIONS ADDED: Lunches to go will be available for Springdale Public School students ages 18 and under Tuesday-Friday between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm at Hellstern, Sonora and Tyson Middle Schools and George, Parson Hills, Smith and Jones Elementary. Sacks will include breakfast for the following day.
In addition sack lunches, which will include breakfast for the following day, will be delivered Tuesday-Friday with deliveries beginning at 11 am. Please see the list of stops below.

Student and staff health and safety is the number one concern of Springdale Public Schools. Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and Secretary of Education Johnny Key recommend school districts in counties without a presumptive case remain open in order to not disrupt community life, especially meal services for children and health services for all. The CDC guidance on COVID-19 is that short to medium duration school closings are not recommended. The major request is for good judgment be in place for hygiene for all students and staff along with social distancing. Springdale Public Schools will remain open.

Counting down! Only 2 more days til our STEAM Night!!!! Load up the family and be at Turnbow Elementary at 6:00 pm Thursday night!!! Play with robots! Fly drones! See the stars inside a planetarium! Pet a snake and other animals! It’s going to be a night full of science, technology, engineering, art and math! If your child makes it to at least five stations, they can enter their map for a chance to win a huge LEGO set!


You have to mark your calendar and plan to come to our STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) NIGHT!!!! There are so many cool things planned! We will have robots, drones, slime making station, a planetarium with a telescope that you can look through to see Saturn and the Moon, animals and many more things!!!! It is going to be AWESOME!!!!!! Thursday, December 5th from 6:00-8:00 pm! You don’t want to miss it!!!!!


Turnbow Elementary will be honoring our Veterans on Monday, November 11th at 2:00 pm. Veterans are invited to attend. Also, if you would like to have a family member recognized in our slideshow, email your picture to sferguson@sdale.org.
