Friendly Reminder from Ms. McGaugh: We need all parents or guardians to update their child's information. Included with this is also the AUA form for Technology. Blended learning students will NOT be able to take home a device without this form filled out. ALL students will need an AUA form filled out. Your child's ID number is printed on a pink paper in the folder that was passed out during open house. When you enter their birthday for the password be sure to enter two digits for the month and two digits for the day. They must have the backslash between the day/month/year. Car Riders: We always ask for patience with car rider pick-up. Cutting people off, honking, and threatening others does not help things move faster and certainly doesn't model a positive example for our Hawks. After a week or so, we can usually have all our car riders dismissed by 3:10...but at first it will be slow. Thank you for your patience. You can help by (1) having a car tag, (2) leave it displayed until your student(s) get into the car, and (3) stay in your car during loading. NEW: This year students will come to your car after their student number is entered into the computer by the duty teacher. You will pick up at the door of your YOUNGEST STUDENT. K/1 picks up at the front of the school. 2nd/4th are the first covered walkway. 3rd/5th are the second covered walkway. ((Pre-K will use the new entrance and sign-out your student...older siblings will be there waiting). See the map below, and call if you have any questions.

IMPORTANT - WATER BOTTLES Hey everyone! Cox Communication is donating a water bottle for every Harp Hawk (K-5). They will arrive on August 27th. Remember, we don't have water fountains, so please plan on sending water bottles the first few days. Thank you Cox for your support of our Harp Hawks!!

BACK TO SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE(S)!!!!! We are excited to welcome you guys back to Harp. In order to maintain social distancing and due to a maximum number of people at an event, we have scheduled THREE OPEN HOUSE NIGHTS. We need everyone to enter through the FRONT ENTRANCE on Butterfield Coach Road and we'll direct you from there. You will get your class list, car tags, see your teacher, and get information about a Parent Night. We'll see you next week from 4:30 to 6:00. Kinder & 1st Grade - Monday, August 17th 2nd & 3rd Grade - Tuesday, August 18th 4th & 5th Grade - Wednesday, August 19th. EACH NIGHT WILL BE 4:30 TO 6:00.
